The robe is a deep black cherry colour. The bouquet has a pleasant freshness and opens up with smoky aromas and mineral notes (gunflint). It has a powerful palate. In the style of a great Languedoc wine, the Grande Cuvée Belvèze is a full-bodied wine full of complexity. Its elegance and finesse are revealed after having been left to breathe in a decanter some hours before being consumed. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels; 50% new.
