Green, crisp nose of grass, lime and grapefruit aromas. Very gastronomic, fresh and friendly feel. With slight tropical nuances around the edges and a touch of herbaceousness in its youth, a fruity and lively feel that makes it delicious and zesty. Partially fermented in barrel. Very beautiful citrus fruit, peach, light smoked, in an intense and expressive profile. Fat and broad, tasty and juicy. It has a nice acidity and a solid grip on the finish. 30% aged in new French oak barrels
