Quinta dos Roques Encruzado 2018

Light straw colour, clear, with an elegant bouquet of fruits, a slight touch of resin, some light smoked and hint of dried vegetable on a sober white-fleshed fruit background with some citrus peel. On the palate, the first impression is of freshness but immediately we recognise the great structure and complexity of the wine. The finish is very long and persistent. Partly fermented and aged 7 months in French oak barrels.
