Mineral notes on the nose, as well as white plums, apricots, well integrated with oak, which appears in very light notes of toast. The floral and spicy side comes more in the mouth, with optimum balance between body and acidity, complemented with a soft and persistent finish. The harmony, which will improve in the cellar, dominates the set. Fermented in 500 litre French Oak barrels from different forests: Allier, Vosges and Nevers. 40% in new barriques, and the rest in second year barrels. Aged for 7 months in French oak casks, with periodical batonnage.
