Fine AOP Pays d’Auge Calvados, is young, lively and fresh and made from the double distillation of cider that has spent 3 years in oak barrels. The first distillation transforms it into what is known as petite Eau or Brouillet. The second enables it to become Calvados, in which it loses half of its volume, meaning it is necessary to use about 14 litres of cider to make one litre of Calvados A young, dynamic and fruity Calvados, with a bright and pretty pale yellow robe. Its aromas of fresh apples give it its unique taste and round mouthfeel.
